I’ve been a collegiate strength and conditioning coach and sports scientist for over 20 years at places like the University of Tennessee, Georgia Tech and currently serve as the Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University at Buffalo.
The Daily Workouts started as workouts I would send to a group of friends, family and former athletes who were always asking for a workout.
The Daily Workouts have grown quite a bit since then and are now followed by thousands of people across 14 different countries.
